The Parent And Child Nanny Agency

The Parent & Child Nanny Agency was established in 2006 and is owned and directed by Holly Lee a former nanny; now mum of two young children and an employer of a nanny herself. The agency is based in Exeter (Devon) and covers Somerset, Devon & Cornwall.

Primarily the Agency places full and part time, temporary and permanent nannies, mother's helps, nanny pa/housekeepers, babysitters and maternity nurses on a live in or live out basis. We are however able to personalise our service to meet the individual needs of a family to enable you to gain the best from their personal child care solution.

In addition we run a consultancy to provide support and information to new mums, breastfeeding counsellors, sleep clinic specialists as well as pre and post natal support.
We run courses for parents and nannies which include Paediatric and emergency first aid.
We have a large bank of temporary nannies and nursery nurses willing to take up emergency, temporary and babysitting placements. We also provide a mobile crèche service for businesses, weddings and special events.

The Parent & Child Nanny Agency is committed to providing an excellent service. We take time to listen to your requirements and carefully match clients and child carers suitably. We maintain that every child carer who is registered with the agency is carefully screened following our extensive and scrupulous screening and vetting process, Our child carers will hold an enhanced CRB disclosure, are thoroughly reference checked, ID verified as well as personally interviewed by us. We ensure all our child carers are suitably qualified or experienced, are first aid capable and are conscientious, reliable and self motivated individuals with a true love of children and dedication to their work as a professional child carer.
We stipulate that all our child carers must abide to our 'Parent & Child Nanny Code of conduct' to ensure confidentiality and privacy is protected for all families.

The Parent & Child Nanny Agency is a member of The Association of Nanny Agencies (ANAUK) and abides to their stringent code of practice.
We are registered to carry out CRB enhanced disclosures with our umbrella company and will ensure every child carer placed in employment has a CRB enhanced disclosure unless otherwise agreed with parents.
The Parent & Child Nanny Agency is recommended by 'The Good Nanny Agency Guide'.
The Parent & Child Nanny Agency are members of the Federation of small businesses (FSB).
The Parent & Child Nanny Agency is registered with the ICO and follows legislations for the use and disposal of personal information and documents.
