Our
Nannies:
- All our nannies are qualified or experienced in childcare
- Our nannies provide at least two childcare references and one
character reference. We will follow up all these references by
telephone.
- Each nanny will hold a CRB police check no more than 2 years
old. If required, the nanny will take a new criminal record check
through us prior to commencing employment.
- Each nanny is personally interviewed by us. At the interview
we verify all original documents and view 2 forms of identification
i.e driving licence, passport.
- All nannies sign a nanny code of conduct
- We have regular contact with all our nannies and send regular
updated jobs bulletins. When a nanny would like to be put forward
for a job interview we provide as much information as possible
and make sure their experience/qualification level is suitable
before arranging an interview.
- We will provide a profile of each nanny applying for the position.
The profile includes a photo, some personal details, education,
hobbies and childcare experience. If you decide to interview
the nanny they will bring further documention to the interview.

Process of finding a nanny:
1-
We will shortlist all suitable nannies registered with
The Parent & Child Nanny Agency
2- We will post / email nanny profiles to you
3- We will arrange interviews for you with the selected nannies
4- We will provide any further information if required
5- If all goes well a formal job offer is signed by both parent
and nanny subject to any employers conditions
6- We help you with contracts & PAYE if required
7- We will call both parent and nanny in the first week and
followed up in the same month to check all is going well
8- We are always at the end of a phone if you need us
