The Parent & Child Nanny Agency registers only nannies and child carers who have passed our stringent application process. You can rest assured our child carers have the following:

- Personally interviewed by The Parent & Child Nanny Agency
- Security and identification checks
- Verification of original documentation
- Hold a CRB enhanced disclosure
- Hold or are booked on to a first aid course
- References checked

We encourage all our registered child carers to:
- Take out nanny insurance
- Register on the VOCR

The Parent & Child Nanny Agency is committed to providing an excellent service. We take time to listen to your requirements and carefully match clients and child carers suitably. In addition, we provide an exceptional after care service and will provide support and information to parents and child carers throughout the duration of employment.

We ensure all our child carers are capable, conscientious, reliable and self motivated individuals with a true love and commitment to their work as child carers. We only place childcares who have declared themselves as non smokers at the point of registering.

Child carers registered with The Parent & Child Nanny Agency are provided with an information pack at the point of registering which provides full details of what to expect when working as a nanny and are asked to sign a nanny code of conduct.

The Parent & Child Nanny Agency is a member of The Association of Nanny Agencies (ANAUK) and abides to their stringent code of practice.
We are registered to carry out CRB enhanced disclosures with our umbrella company and will ensure every child carer placed in employment has a CRB enhanced disclosure unless otherwise agreed with parents.
The Parent & Child Nanny Agency is recommended by 'The Good Nanny Agency Guide'.
The Parent & Child Nanny Agency are members of the Federation of small businesses (FSB).
The Parent & Child Nanny Agency is registered with the ICO and follows legislations for the use and disposal of personal information and documents.
