I have been very happy with the service that you have given me and you have provided two lovely nannies to care for my children. I feel that you do your research well and genuinely tried to match us with each other, and I appreciated your advice when it was all a new process. I think we must have spent hours on the phone and you never made me feel that I was being a nuisance or asking daft questions.
