The position required: Nanny/Housekeeper
Location: West Hill, Ottery St Mary, Devon
Position start date: 25/05/2026 Flexible by a few weeks
Requirements: Part-time nanny
Duties: General tidying, Laundry and ironing, Light housekeeping
Nanny responsibility: The nanny will have sole charge
Preferred nanny attributes: Ofsted registration, DBS, Paediatric first aid training, Driver, Able to support studies/homework

Nanny duties and expectations
For the hours 4-5pm duties would include general light housework which would vary by need on the day; hoovering, ironing, washing up, emptying/loading dishwasher, meal preparation, tidying.
At 5pm our little boy would need to be collected from the after school club he attends – it is a 10 minute walk from the house, or a 2 minute drive.
Once collected to 8pm, duties would be to prepare dinner for our little boy and tidy it up, practice some reading/counting from school (resources provided), some play time, showering/bathing the little boy and getting him ready for bed, reading stories and lights out by 7.45pm.
