You may have met and interviewed your own staff member through a recommendation, a friend of a friend or even your own advertising. Now that part of your search is complete, it is essential to ensure you new staff member is competent, safe and comes with outstanding recommendation, This is where we come in.
We charge a one off agency fee of £595.00 for the following service:
Check Suitability
We will check the candidate is suitable and meets your expectations for the specified job.
Enhanced DBS
We will carry out a DBS Enhanced Disclosure with the disclosure and barring service.
Check References
We will obtain at least two employment references and one candidate reference.
I.D Verification
We will visually verify various documents to confirm identity and address of candidate.
Qualification Check
We will visually verify original candidate qualifications.
Draft Contract
We will provide you with a simple draft contact for your new employee.
Ongoing Support
Once the candidate is in employment, we will provide on-going support for both employer and employee. This includes priority cover when your employee is sick or on holiday, assisting with Ofsted registration, ensuring the candidate is up to date with their continued professional development and first aid as well as providing a multitude of resources for both employer and employee to download.
