The Agency Fee Structure:

How we calculate permanent placement fees:
We take the highest earning week x the number of weekly hours x 4.5 = Agency fee
Contractual clause of The terms & Conditions and Agency Fees: 14.8 Agency fees for permanent introductions are charged based on The Candidates’ weekly gross salary. The Client will be charged based on the predicted highest weekly earnings within a twelve-month period.
How we gain this information:
When you offer employment to a candidate we have introduced, we will request a formal offer of employment form is completed. The information from the offer of employment is used to create the contract of employment and to provide the agency with the information needed to correctly invoice the client.
What happens if hours cannot be determined:
If it is not possible to determine the agency fee due to adhoc, varied hours, the agency and client will make a judgement on what seems to be the likely format with regular check ups and adjustments if needed.
What happens if incorrect employment information is provided to reduce the agency fee:
If this is by accident, or if there is an unexpected change, we ask that you let us know immediately and we will simply invoice you for the balance.
If hours/pay is increased and we have not been alerted of this change by the client, you will be invoiced for this plus an admin fee of 25%. We regularly check in with our nannies during the star of employment.
Are adhoc days and babysitting included in the agency fee:
We focus on the hourly rate, contracted hours and agreement. Any casual arrangement for the occasional babysit or odd day is not charged.
Temporary fees:
All temporary fees are due in advance of the booking and are refundable if we are unable to fulfil the booking within the specified time period or if the nanny cancels the booking.
