Agency fee = £40 per booking per hotel nanny (to be paid now)
Hotel nanny fee = £15 per hour standard / £20 bank holiday (to be paid directly to the hotel nanny within 24 hours of the booking)
Additional costs = £10 fuel charged for rural locations or if we do not have a local nanny available
