Nanny Profile Disclosure Agreement
I, acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the information provided in my nanny profile:
- Accuracy and Integrity: I confirm that all information I have provided in my nanny profile is truthful, accurate, and does not contain any misleading or false statements.
- Non-Adverse Information: I affirm that my nanny profile does not contain any adverse information that could negatively impact my suitability to work with children or families.
- Confidentiality and Privacy: I confirm that my profile does not include any personal details, addresses, contact information, or identifying details of children, parents, or families.
- Profile Photo Requirements: I agree that my profile photo must not include children or any other people to protect privacy and maintain professionalism.
- Profile Updates: I agree to review and update my nanny profile to ensure all information remains accurate and up to date before applying for any job.
- Reference Contact Details: If I add a new job to my nanny profile, I agree to email the agency with reference contact details for verification purposes.
- Compliance with Child Protection Standards: I agree to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism and will not disclose any sensitive information regarding children or families in any public or unauthorised manner.
- Legal and Ethical Responsibility: I understand that failure to comply with the above conditions may result in the removal of my profile from the nanny service, termination of my engagement, and/or legal consequences.
