IT IS IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE NANNY INTRODUCTION SERVICE WE HAVE PROVIDED AND YOUR DECISION ABOUT WHO TO EMPLOY

Once you have met and interviewed a suitable nanny for your family, the next step is to put forward a formal offer of employment. The offer lays out the basic agreement which can be used to draw up a contract of employment. Once an offer of employment has been made by you and accepted by the candidate, the core agency work has been completed and an invoice will be issued for our services.

PEACE OF MIND
You have 8 weeks from the start of employment to put a contract of employment in place. Until then, the offer and acceptance process provides a solid agreement ensuring there are no misunderstandings prior to drawing up and signing a contract.

COMMITMENT
Established in 2006, with an impeccable reputation, we are confident that our nannies are committed dedicated individuals. In the unlikely event that your nanny pulls out of an agreement without good reason, they will consequently be suspended from the agency for a period of 6 months and will not be put forward for alternate positions until this time has lapsed. A repeat of this circumstance will result in permanent removal from the agency register.

REST ASSURED
Our nannies are fully aware of the commitment required when accepting an offer of employment. Once an offer is formally made and accepted, both parties are committed to moving forward together. From this time,we will no longer advertise availability of your role and we will not put the nanny in question forward for any roles that compromise their commitment to you.

WE GUARANTEE THE FOLLOWING:

  • The nannies we have put forward are fully registered with the agency, reference and security checks have been carried out for peace of mind and we will disclose any adverse information shown on a DBS Enhanced Disclosure.
  • All nannies are fully briefed with a job description based on the information you have provided. The agency will contact suitable candidates to inform them of the position being advertised and their suitability for the role but will only put forward a candidate if they are truly interested and committed to their application.
  • Once an offer of employment has been accepted by one of our registered nannies, we will not put them forward for compromising roles prior to the start of employment and during employment until there is a reasonable need (i.e a change of contract/circumstances that mean employment cannot continue).
  • We will stay in contact with both parties during the first four weeks of employment to ensure both parties are happy and help iron out any issues where necessary.
  • If for any reason employment doesn’t work out, please contact us at your earliest convenience as you may be entitled to a refund or replacment nanny in accordance with our terms and conditions.

PLEASE REMEMBER:

We are an introduction agency, this means we will provide you with the knowledge required to make a fully informed decision of who YOU wish to employ. We will not  take responsibility for your decision, we are solely dedicated to providing factual, informed information about the candidates we put forward. this includes:

  • Agency report on past commitments and dedication to roles placed via the agency
  • Number of years/months registered with the agency
  • Written references from at least two referees
  • Details of Paediatric First Aid training
  • Details of nanny training, core skills training and other child care related qualifications
  • Details of Ofsted registration where applicable
  • Details of nanny insurance and childcare memberships held
  • Details relating to the validity of a driving licence/passport
  • Disclosure of adverse information showing on a DBS Enhanced Disclosure
  • Disclosure of any relative concerns from previous employers
  • Disclosure of any known mental health/general health conditions that would affect performance
  • Eligibility to work and reside in the United Kingdom
  • Documents and training that require updating

We cannot comment on the candidates ability to undertake certain tasks or their personality it is therefore your resonsibility to ensure you are 100% happy with your decision based on the information we have provided, your experience with meeting the candidate and your decision to follow up on any references.
