When you book a wedding or event childcare service through The Parent & Child Nanny Agency, please ensure you are aware of the following:

  • It is your responsibility to check the suitability of the wedding or event nanny prior to the booking. This includes arranging a video/phone call with the nanny to discuss the details, requirements and responsibilities of the day and ensuring the nanny is aligned with your specific needs.
  • It is your responsibility to provide paperwork including a wedding/event timeline, child/children’s schedule and postcodes for nannies that are transporting children.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you provide correct and accurate information about the booking and ensure any changes to the original requirements are agreed in advance.

We cannot resolve disputes between you and the nanny unless we are present. Our role is to make sure that the childcare provider is following all registration requirements and if not, we will take action to remove them from the agency.
