INFORMATION REGARDING BOOKINGS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19
Unfortunately due to Covid-19, many bookings have been cancelled by wedding venues, hotels and holiday lets, we understand these are unprecedented times and would, therefore, like to offer all clients whose bookings have been affected by coronavirus, to re-book at a 50% discounted rate.
Yes, you can cancel your initial booking with us and book a future date at a 50% discounted rate.
Please contact us HERE and let us know you would like to cancel your initial booking and re-book due to your booking being affected by covid-19 and we will send you the necessary booking forms.
We will send you a complimentary email confirming your new date and we will be in touch again at least 3 months prior to your new date to confirm and finalise details for the day. You will also hear from your nanny/nannies at this time.
There is no guarantee you will have the same nanny or nannies as originally booked. We will confirm your nanny booking details three months prior to your new booking date.
No, you can leave that to us. Please delete any previous correspondence with the nanny/nannies and wait for your new confirmation to come through.
Unfortunately not on your original booking fee, booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable as per our terms and conditions. This is because we have already completed the work related to confirming your booking.
If you would like to cancel your booking and make a new booking we are offering a discretionary 50% discount on new booking fees when a previous booking is cancelled due to the coronavirus health crisis.
If you have already paid to re-book a new date and paid the full booking fee we will refund you 50% to you via paypal.
We understand your disappointment, you may have cancelled your own booking or your venue may have cancelled your booking. If the reason is due to Covid-19 we are offering to split the difference and share the loss. We will prioritise your postponement over new clients and have waived the clause relating to transfers and postponements in our terms and conditions. All we ask is that you re-book within 3 months of your current booking for a date within the next 12 months.
We have created a new form specifically for you, this is to ensures we prioritise your postponed booking.
We need all the information provided again as this may differ from previously and will definitely differ in terms of children’s ages. If you have a wedding nanny booking you may need more or fewer event nannies than previously booked.
No problem, the same will apply and we will offer the same discount should your booking be cancelled by you or a venue due to COVID-19. During these unprecedented times, we understand you need some booking security so we would also encourage you to ensure you have wedding insurance in place.
